How to prepare:
~Be well hydrated
~Light a candle if you can
~Receive the session in a room where you can lie down comfortably and will be undisturbed
~Wear comfortable clothing
~Refrain from a big meal beforehand
~If silence is disquieting for your mind feel, free to queue up soothing/spa music
